Recruiter Review

Your application will be sent to our recruiting team for review.  If the recruiter identifies you as a potential fit, he/she will reach out to you for a phone screening.

Screening and Interview Process

If your application matches what our team is looking for, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screen.  The recruiter phone screen typically takes about 30 minutes.  The interview process varies depending on the position – some positions will require one or more virtual interviews and onsite visits.  If you are chosen to move forward in the interview process, our recruiters will walk you through every step.

Offer Process

If you are offered a position with AFL, you will receive a detailed offer letter and employment agreement.  If you choose to accept a position with us, all we need is a signature on both of these forms!  Please keep in mind that ALL offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check and drug screening arranged by AFL’s HR Department.

Onboarding

AFL’s HR Department will manage all of your onboarding and communicate with you throughout the process.  In addition to completing a background check and drug screening, you’ll also be sent onboarding paperwork to complete prior to your arrival.  Our HR Department will notify you when your onboarding paperwork is complete and will send you communication regarding the specifics of your first day at AFL!
